Manage onsite and offshore delivery resources while closely monitoring revenue recognition, project profitability and other delivery-related metrics (especially customer satisfaction)
Review effort estimation, delivery resource assignment; vet delivery resource capabilities according to SOW and commitment
Appraise previously reusable IP if deemed fit; set up project governance structure and rhythm according to services delivery methodology (MSF)

Provide critical resources required to rescue troubled projects by way of assessment, root-cause analysis, and stakeholder-endorsed recovery plan
Define the role, purpose and functions of the PMO; ensure organizational success by training, coaching and mentoring staff where appropriate
Support pre-sales teams during opportunity assessment and proposal phases of the service delivery process (especially deployment approach, timeline and deliverables)
Support pursuit lead(s), and at times, lead statement of work (SOW) writing during bidding
Our fluency in Microsoft Solutions Framework (MSF) parlance and familiarity with MS’s internal tools & processes (e.g., SDM) translate into the ability to hit the ground running in undertaking any Services engagement
